HOW TO TURN ON "COOKIES"
Instructions for Internet Explorer
1) Click on EXPLORER at the very top of your page then click PREFERENCES (In OS 9 you will want to click on the APPLE MENU at the top-right).
2) Then choose COOKIES. Set WHEN RECEIVING COOKIES to NEVER ASK. Then click OK.
Your cookies should now be enabled and you should be able to LOGIN
