HOW TO TURN ON "COOKIES"
Instructions for Internet Explorer 7 or AOL
Do you have Internet Explorer 6? We have cookie instructions.
1) Click on TOOLS at the very top of your page
2) Select INTERNET OPTIONS
3) Click on the PRIVACY tab, then click ADVANCED
4) Ensure the following:
You should have a checkmark next to Override automatic cookie handling
Under First-Party Cookies, choose Accept
You should have a checkmark next to Always allow session cookies 
Then click OK
Then click OK to exit the Internet Options window.
Your cookies should now be enabled and you should be able to LOGIN
