Happy ever after. Hello ChristianCafe.com! It is with a big smile and joy in our hearts that we write this email. We wanted to say thank you for helping us finding our life partner. We just got married!
Paul and I (Tash) met on ChristianCafe.com. We messaged via the site for a while and then started talking on the phone. We met in person and had a lovely meal together.
We saw a lot of each other and a great friendship developed quickly. Three months after we met we went on holiday to New Zealand. It was there, enjoying God's creation in nature, that we realised there was more. We fell in love. Three months later in February 2007 Paul proposed, and we set our wedding date for 25 October 2007, where we shared our love and commitment with family and friends. The wedding was held at Tamborine Gardens on Mt. Tamborine, Queensland, a glorious day it was.
Paul and I are both 40 and have never been married before. We are both family people and wanted kids. We searched for years and trusted God. As much as we wanted a life partner we did not settle for second best. There were many lonely nights and weekends for us both. Christmas especially, was always difficult as family and friends got together and we were always the "Odd one Out". And then there were the comments "Now why is a lovely girl/guy like you still single, what's wrong with the young people of today?"
I would like to encourage other singles out there to keep your faith and trust in God. He WILL come through for you. Finding the right person is so worth the wait. Please do not compromise and settle for second best. God wants the best for you, hang in there, keep the faith and always be yourself.
We can totally recommend married life but waiting for the right partner is worth it. All the best in your search for love.

Forever grateful! Dear ChristianCafe.com: I am delighted to announce that on June 8, 2007 I was married to the most beautiful Christian woman on earth.
Thanks to your website, Claudia and I met in August 2004. We communicated there for quite some time then via phone. In December 2004 I visited Claudia for the first time in her country, the Dominican Republic. I am from Seattle. The journey was a gift from God. I proposed in November 2005 and we started the visa process. Again in July 2006 I went to the Dominican Republic and we began our Christian marriage counseling. Finally in June 2007 our visa was approved and I brought Claudia back to the USA as my fiancee.
We had a ceremonial service in the Dominican Republic but were legally married here in the USA (Arlington Assembly of God) on June 8th.
My wife and I tell every single Christian we know that they must go to ChristianCafe.com to find their soulmate, because that is where we found ours. We are forever grateful, first to God, then to your website for bringing us together.
