During this time, we have become serious for each other, gone through the necessary steps to make Charity and her daughter U.S. residents.
We got married on September 5th of this year and are moving forward with our lives together :)

I was a member on your site last year but decided to join a different Christian dating site this year.
The new "Christian" site was terrible...full of scammers.
I did not find that at all on ChristianCafe.com.

I am cancelling my account with Christian Cafe
because I have found my future life partner through Christian Cafe, and am very much looking forward to continuing life with her.
It has not been an easy time - over the past 8 months I corresponded with many women that appeared promising from their profile, including a strong statement of faith and dedication to following our Lord, who did not at all share my vision of life together.
But then your site suggested a woman who had just joined Christian Cafe who was a bit different from most of the others, more authentic and with a very strong statement of faith and daily dependence on our Lord.
On my initial contact with her, it turned out that I was the first to respond to her, and this evolved into a series of conversations in which we discovered a multitude of commonalities in our background, our profession, our adventurous lifestyles, and especially in our daily dependence on our Lord.
We rapidly began sharing intimate details of our lives with total confidence, and can now say that we truly love each other.
We are discussing what life together might look like in blending our established families and settling down in a location in which both of us can continue to grow and develop each other and serve others.
I appreciate the work that Christian Cafe is doing and the effort it takes to encourage its members to go below the surface in their profiles.
There are still many who present an image that is either nebulous or superficial, but I found that it was worth persisting to find the one that can be a true soul-mate.
