We would like to thank you, ChristianCafe.com team, for the awesome ministry and vision that is used by God to put couples like us together!

My dear husband, Craig (in Colorado), found me (in the South of Brazil) through the search tool (He obviously did not specify the "geographic location" as a parameter (smile))

Our first Christian Cafe message was in May 2002. He first came to visit me in Brazil in September 20th 2002, and on September 20th 2003 (exactly 1 year after we saw each other in person for the first time) we had a beautiful wedding ceremony, full of the presence of God down in Brazil.

I moved to Colorado, and we are working through my permanent visa. We have been so busy and happy enjoying our marriage that only now, six months after our wedding, I had time to write to you! It is never too late to be thankful, is it? :)

To people reading our testimony, God is in control and He sure does use ChristianCafe.com to accomplish His plans to put together people (from very distant places at times!) that are willing to have a healthy family that wants, most of all, to do His will on Earth through their lives!

 I was lonely, depressed, and unsaved, when I posted my profile in October 2003.

On December 13, I read a profile of a man from Ontario, and thought, "Wow! This man is really knowledgeable about the Lord", but, being unsaved, I felt too intimidated to contact him.

Later I had new mail. It was the man whom I had been wanting to contact! I quick messaged him right away, and we began to talk. I was so excited and encouraged!

Once he realized that I was not saved, he preached to me and answered my questions, for over SIX HOURS! Finally, it was as though a light had been turned on and suddenly everything became so clear to me. I asked Jason to pray with me, and at just after 4:30 a.m. on December 14, 2003, I received the Lord, Jesus Christ, into my heart and into my life. PRAISE GOD!

Shortly afterwards, Jason and I decided to begin to develop a long distance relationship, and he has been instrumental in helping me to learn about the Lord.

In February 2004, Jason bought me a plane ticket to fly to Ontario to visit him. I also met his family and his church family. Then Jason came here to Saskatchewan in March to meet my family and new church family.

On March 14, on my three month spiritual birthday, my pastor allowed Jason to baptize me in my church. This was such a blessed day!

We plan to get married in Saskatchewan in 2005, and immediately after our wedding, we will return to Ontario as husband and wife.

I want to thank ChristianCafe.com for my meeting my husband Paul in Christian Cafe in August 2001. I was from Minnesota and he was from Melbourne, Australia.

Who would have thought that two people from worlds apart would get together? I asked him, over the Internet, to marry me sometime towards the end of September 2001.

Paul moved to the United States on December 1st, which was the first time we met in person. We got married in Minnesota, December 8th 2001. My father who is a minister married us.

Yes, I know it was fast but we were doing what God was telling us to do. A year later I got pregnant. Then we moved to Melbourne, Australia and on September 13th 2003, our son Seth Adam was born.

My wife Amanda and I met on ChristianCafe.com and wed on February the 14th. 2004. After being introduced to ChristianCafe.com by separate friends, Amanda and I decided to try out your service, starting in September 2003.

Even before either of our trial memberships was up, we had connected. We talked for a while through Cafe messages and then eventually emails, and found that we had a lot in common, including one very important thing: music.

Eventually we decided to meet in person. As soon as we began to really know each other, we both realized that the other was surely the one God had made especially for us.

We saw each other every weekend, our dates lasting 12 hours at a time. On December the 27th 2003 I asked her to marry me and on February 14th, 2004, we were married.

She is a great wife who is very supportive of my music ministry, and she tells me that I am the spiritual leader that she has always looked for.

It was only a few days until a lady from Duluth, Mn. saw my profile. I'm from Minneapolis, Mn. so I was thinking wow! Duluth is kind of far but I went ahead and messaged her back anyway.

We messaged back and forth for a while and then I called her on the phone. We fell in love and on April 17th, 2004 we got married in a beautiful church in Lutsen, Mn. overlooking Lake Superior.

James and I met on ChristianCafe.com in July 2003. We began dating and in December 2003 (a couple of days before Christmas), James proposed.

We were so excited.

We faced a major trial very early in our engagement when James got the flu and was hospitalized for 31 days due to complications. Despite the fact that he has lost vision in his right eye and is still recovering, we feel so blessed that God has brought us together.

We married in a civil ceremony on February 20, 2004 and had a public wedding on May 1, 2004.

 I had a terrible breakup last year and didn't think I would ever date again. Then I became a member of ChristianCafe.com and met the most wonderful guy.

Most of the testimonials that I have read have been about the marriage of the couple who have gotten together on ChristianCafe.com.

I have met several men on Christian Cafe who are the sweetest men I have ever met. So far, with each of them, I have become a good friend. I keep in touch with two of them weekly.

We pray for each other. And I have been blessed to meet both of them in person. They are just as sweet as they portrayed in their profiles.

Perhaps in the future, I will be writing to say that I am engaged to marry someone from this site or that we have actually married. God only knows!

I have also met some wonderful women who are now my prayer partners. So, I just want to say: This is a wonderful site to meet Christian friends.

A warm thank you for your wonderful site. I met my girlfriend on ChristianCafe.com a few months back and there's no turning back for either of us now. We feel the Lord has led us to each other and we've become inseparable.

At one time I honestly did not feel I would ever meet my soul mate. I'd gone through so much pain, hurt and disappointment that I'd given up on ever finding that so-called elusive soul mate.

 At first I was skeptical.  

One lady in ChristianCafe.com sent me a message. After looking at her profile I liked everything about her but the age difference. I was in my early 30s and she was in her early 20s. I told her this but she had no problem.

So began a journey of friendship and I soon realized how much I like her. We have communicated via the Internet and through the phone, and have exchanged photos, but so far we have never met in person.

It is now 2 years since we first met in ChristianCafe.com, and we are still very much keen on keeping the relationship, which has been going on in 3 continents. First she was in the USA, then she moved to Europe, then Africa, and back to Europe again. It is an interracial relationship but I am not afraid. In September 2004 I will be moving to Europe to further my education; finally after 2Ohm years we will meet, God willing.

Whatever happens I know I have made great friends on the site. Thanks ChristianCafe.com and God bless.

 Through ChristianCafe.com I have met an angel.  

When it appeared there was more than just friendship in our Cafe messages, we both began to pray for God's will to be opened to us, and so we met, in neutral territory :->. Now we are praying in earnest because God appears to be standing off to one side saying, " Yes, go ahead, but continue to walk in My way, I will lead you."

After returning home and waking up to ponder the future, I opened my Bible to the next chapter in Psalms that I was going to read which was Psalm 13. We are facing big decisions about the future and the implications are daunting. I wasn't looking for a particular piece of scripture for encouragement or help, I was simply reading the next chapter. I was in awe when I read it. The New International Bible (NIV) puts it so clearly:

"How long must I wrestle with my thoughts. Look on me and answer O Lord my God. Give light to my eyes. But I trust in your unfailing love; my heart rejoices in your salvation. I will sing to the Lord, for He has been good to me."

Now wasn't that timely?

With that passage we are going into the future with God at the wheel. We have many meetings and time together yet to come and I'm so looking forward to them. Thank you again, staff at ChristianCafe.com, we rise and call you blessed!

 I met my husband by becoming a member of ChristianCafe.com.  

God worked recently through your matching and meeting process to bring the love of my life and father to my young four year old son. My first husband had died suddenly of heart failure after 11 years of marriage.

The first person I mailed in Christian Cafe unveiled himself to be the man God was keeping for me. Daniel has been my kinsman redeemer as David was to Abigail. He lived in Fort Worth Texas, and I in Houston, Texas. It was not a coincidence that God allowed me to overlook the city he lived in when I mailed him. We met and married within a few weeks of meeting online.

We have been married almost 2 months now and are totally and completely in love. Christ has blessed our marriage abundantly.
