We got married!

A few weeks ago , I got married to a man that I met in Christian Cafe 6 years ago. It took us this long, but we did it. We love each other very much and I just want to say thank you for your services.

One sad, single Sunday, this female Norwegian logged on to your site in hope of finding true love. Little did she know she would meet an amazing Christian Canadian guy half way across the globe!
After emailing for what seemed like an eternity, ahem, 3 months, he finally declared his love for her and desire to meet her.
Short story shorter: 6 months from first wink and emails to ring and marriage papers. Thumbs up to Christian Cafe!

On this night, as we celebrate meeting one year ago, we feel we need to share our story as encouragement for others on this site.
Having written very honest and truthful descriptions about ourselves was the most important thing we could have done, while leaving all else in God's hands. Praying and working on becoming the person, the person we're looking for, is looking for...was the priority. And to be honest, that is difficult at many stages of life, but is the best thing you can do.
Seek Him, draw close to Him and trust...He will not disappoint. We have been so blessed to find each other, it's hard to put in to words.
Oh, did we tell that we've been married for 3 1/2 months now also!
