Thank you for allowing God to use you to bring me the one my soul loves, as it says in Song of Solomon.

I had been on ChristianCafe.com for over a year and dated a few men, but nothing ever came of it. I had my heart broken a few times, but kept trying. I became discouraged this past October and decided to end my membership.

But then I did a search and it is there I saw John. I wrote him a quick letter just to say hello, thinking nothing. He wrote back and sounded very sweet.

We realized that we had a lot in common, but John was at a time in his life of willing to move at the drop of a hat for a job. He had been applying to places all over the USA.

I then wrote him and said: "Well I guess we are meant to be friends because I am settled here on Long Island with a wonderful job, family, and church life so if you want to pursue me then you will have to move here eventually."

John then planned to come visit me and said he was willing to pursue me first before he considered any job.

The rest is history, because three weeks after our first date, he moved here. He found an apartment 3 minutes from mine!

On February 12th John proposed to me in the most romantic way I can imagine. He snuck into my apartment and decorated it with roses and a treasure hunt for the ring. As I went throughout my apartment, he played our love song "When God Made You" and I was in tears.

God has made all my dreams come true in a matter of a few months and John is everything I need. So many times we look for what "we want", but God knows what we need.

Thank you again ChristianCafe.com for being the vessel that brought me my love. We are to be married on October 1, 2005. God Bless!

In September 2004 we met on ChristianCafe.com. In October we started talking on the phone. Thanksgiving weekend we met face-to-face for the first time. On New Year's Eve we were married!

I am just writing to tell you how my husband and I met on ChristianCafe.com web site. We started corresponding in April 2003. After that we met for the first time in June 2003.

He lived in Indiana and I lived in Illinois. We started making the four hour drive to see each other every weekend.

We got married on October 16th, 2004.

As long as you use a few simple guidelines to keep yourself safe, it is a great way to meet people that you just wouldn't meet otherwise.

 I'd wondered why God had kept me single for such a long time. Now I know - He was preparing Ron for me and me for Ron!

I just wanted to post another testimonial about ChristianCafe.com.

I thank God for this website and for bringing my husband and I together through it. I had been on the site off and on for quite a while and was still ambivalent about using the web to meet people.

I had finally decided to take my profile off. Then, ChristianCafe.com offered me another opportunity to come back. In a moment of weakness, I decided to post my profile one last time.

Suddenly, I received an email from Ron! I had seen his profile before and wondered to myself, 'Now, why can't a guy like that write to me?', but wishing to allow the man to take the lead, I hadn't written to him myself.

We wrote back and forth for about 10 days and then Ron said that he already knew me well enough to know he wanted to meet me. We met for lunch at a restaurant for our first date and were both quite impressed.

We dated for six months before getting engaged in October 2004 and married in January 2005. What a whirlwind! But a happy one!

I can see God's providence in it in so many ways! I read somewhere recently that God gives us exactly what we would wish for if we could see as He sees. I'm more convinced of that now than ever!

He is Sovereign! He is Omniscient and Omnipotent and He does all things for the good of those who love Him! All praise to God from whom all blessings flow!

It truly was God's hand working through you in our lives, because both of us ran into your site "accidentally" one day and signed up. He was the only member I decided to write to. He wrote me back and we met about a week after, in November 2003.

Matt proposed to me in the most beautiful way possible, (it should've been on "The Bachelor" - it was amazing!) 3 months after our first date. And it was on his birthday.

He told me he always wanted to remember that I was the best gift God could've ever given him. In July 2004 we got married!

God gave us a perfect wedding and His presence was so strong. God is good!

We were married in the Philippines on October 29, 2004, at the Nestas Hilltop Hotel, in Roxas City.

We are both born again Bible Believing Christians. The wedding was awesome! Wooooo Hooooooooooo! We Honeymooned in the Beautiful Islands of Boracay!

  THE BRIDE AND GROOM WILL MEET AT THE ALTAR.  

Blen, from Canada, sent me a Cafe message in early October 2004. We soon fell in love and a month and a half later he proposed and we started planning our wedding without ever having met.

We are getting married on March 11th 2005 and we still have not met. We have no doubt that the Lord brought us together. He has confirmed it in so many ways. When we started thinking this was too good to be true, the Lord gave me Habakkuk 2:3 "wait for it, it will surely come true and it won't be long" so we claimed this promise and here we are.

Blen is everything I ever wanted in a man. I prayed for a Godly man that would fall in love with me and that I would fall in love with and that we would live many years together. We talk for hours on the phone every day and ask many questions. We pray together and we pray for others. Blen has been teaching me the book of Acts in depth over the phone at least once a week. We read and discuss a Christian book to prepare us for marriage, something to foolproof our marriage.

Blen is the most romantic man I have ever met; he writes me poetry and there is never a day that goes by when he doesn't tell me he loves me and show his love and how much he cares for me in email or cards, roses, etc. We discussed rings and he bought the rings and he has bought his airline and made hotel accomodations. Everything is set for us to meet on March 9th in Arlington, Texas, my hometown. On the 10th we will obtain our marriage license and get married on the 11th.

We have exchanged many photographs and have described each other as best as possible but we are still anxious about the day we meet, even though we have decided to accept each other no matter what.

The way we see it, this is an arranged marriage, arranged by God himself and we will be obedient to His direction. Personally, I feel so much love in my heart for this man that I do not have 1 millionth of a doubt that he is the one. He feels the same way. My pastor requested a letter from his pastor (character reference letter) and his pastor responded with great references.

So now all I can ask is that you all pray for us, and Thank you, Thank you, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making this possible. God bless you all. ChristianCafe.com is well worth it, I would recommend it to anyone and everyone.

On March 11th, we are getting married by court, just us and close family members. However, on October 27th (Blen's birthday) we will try and have a more formal church wedding.

 I'm a proud "graduate" of ChristianCafe.com.  

I met my wife about three years ago on your great site. We got reacquainted in September 2002 when we just happened to cross paths.

We found out that my now wife, Rachel, and I had gone to the same high school and had been two years apart. I also quickly realized that she was the oldest daughter of my basketball coach, whom I had respected greatly then and even more now.

We dated until December 2002 when my then 5 year old daughter and I asked Rachel to marry me. Rachel said YES and God has blessed us beyond belief since that amazing day on ChristianCafe.com in September 2002.

We got married on April 12, 2003.

We will be attending the wedding of a friend who just happened to be with my wife at the time when she was on Christian Cafe saying she should cancel her membership because she wasn't using it.

Thankfully, Rachel looked at my profile when I sent her a quick message and noticed I had gone to Ocean View high school in Huntington Beach, CA. Wow, and this was the short version of an incredible ride on the wings of God.

Thank you soooooooooo much for putting God at the forefront of your site. I'm sure it's no accident you're the biggest and best Christian dating service on the net.

 James is getting married to Kimberly!  

In Spring 2004 I'd been talking almost exclusively to one person on ChristianCafe.com for several months when she and I took a leap of faith.

I live in Houston. She lives in the Dallas area (a 4 hour drive away). We were going to have lunch in a small town in between called Buffalo. This wasn't an inconvenience for me because I was heading that direction that day to visit family for Easter. But, our meeting wasn't to be. She got nervous and sick and couldn't make it down. (I did get to go to the Good Friday service at church so it wasn't a total loss.)

We continued talking about meeting and she took the true leap of faith and came down to Houston on a rainy Saturday morning three weeks later. I know I wouldn't have had the courage to drive up there. Of course, as it turns out, I woke up that morning and the power was out from a storm, so I couldn't see in my apartment to clean and really couldn't vacuum without electricity.

So, when she arrived, we had to go out for lunch. Looking back, that probably was a good thing since I know my culinary skills wouldn't have won her over. But, we went to the nearest casual dining establishment and had some fajitas.

As you can imagine, we hit it off. Two weeks later, Iim getting to meet her parents (and their closest friends). And on July 2nd, 2004, I fell to one knee and left her speechless. The big day is July 2nd, 2005.

I'd been a member of ChristianCafe.com for over a year before I started talking to Kimberly, but my life is different since then. I started off talking to 'this cute redhead from Dallas' as I tell the story to others. But, that 'cute redhead' has turned into the woman I love and will marry.

I honestly didn't think the time I spent browsing on here was worth my while after the first few months, but sort of kept going just in case something happened. I'd made a couple of friends, but nothing substantial. Then, I caught lightning in a bottle and have a renewed joy. Call it 'cheesy' or 'corny' but it's true.

 Wedding Bells!  

I submitted a profile to you in August or September 2003. I made a connection with one of your members and we have been dating since December 2003.

I must say that I wasn't sure about him at first. But as the weeks became months I couldn't deny that I was falling in love with this great guy. We are very different in background and personalities but we seem to complement each other and God has moved in this relationship with such power that I knew I wanted to grow old with him.

When we entered into the relationship we decided that we would give it a year and then make some decisions about our future together.

In a very mature way we discussed our differences and our similarities, we discussed God's purpose for marriage and just when I least expected it, Kenneth proposed a few weeks ago on January 9.

We are extremely grateful to God for bringing us together and for fulfilling our desires of finding a lifelong mate. He lives in St. Petersburg, Florida and I live in Miami. Sometimes we don't see each other for 2 weeks at a time because we are 260 miles away from one another, but that doesn't seem to matter.

Currently we are planning our wedding for early next year. We are blessed and highly favored by God. Thank you for your wonderful website and may others find as much joy and love as we have been honored with.

 One day I got a Quick Message from a girl named Kellie.  

I checked out her profile, liked what I read/saw and sent a Quick Message back. We began talking every day in December of that year.

She flew out to Philly in March 2004. Now it would have been nice to meet her before then, I think I forgot to mention that she's from the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia! WOW!

To make it more weird, I had a conversation with God just the morning before. I "informed" Him that I would NOT be dating anyone more than 2 hours from me driving, because it was too hard.

Well then He sent me Kellie.

She came in March to Philadelphia and we spent 2 wonderful weeks together. We are still talking every day (you can see our phone bills if you want!) We decided to spend some more time together, so I flew to Brisbane, Australia in August 2004. After 18 days together we decided it was a bit serious, but we were both afraid to take any commitments until we lived close to each other. (Not an easy task for someone in Australia and someone in America to work out!)

Kellie flew here in December 2004 and lived here until March 4th., 2005, during which time I asked her to be my wife on February 20th.

And guess what?

She said YES!

I never thought it was possible to meet someone so far away yet feel such a connection to them! Even though Kellie is back in Australia for a while, we are now planning our Wedding and just want to send a HUGE thanks!

God used this site to give me the woman of my dreams.

Thank you so much for your site! I just had a very very spiritual experience in your Prayer Room. Someone came in and was talking about the explosion in Texas City, so we went to the Prayer Room.
