A Boundless reader wrote in for the Inbox portion of one of the Boundless shows asking about whether she should wait for God’s timing when seeking a mate – or pursue online dating.
As part of her advice, Lisa Anderson indicates that “Waiting on God’s Timing” happens regardless of the medium — meeting someone at a church function, at the coffee shop, and – yes – online. She also mentions that online dating IS something that God is using to connect single Christians.

I have read a few of the articles on Christian Cafe’s Blog…The Honest dating Profile & the Gift of (Temporary) Singleness & a few others…also listened to Waiting on God’s Timing…..found all to be quite helpful…I questioned as to wether or not on line dating was “right” or not…I see now that it’s all God’s timing no matter which route I choose. As for me the church I attend has no single men in my age group….Iv’e been “waiting” for years! Decided to give on line a try to see if God would open a door! THANKS!!! GOD BLESS!
