The well known magazine Newsweek worked with Statista, a respected global data research firm, to identify companies online that consistently provide the Best Customer Service to their members. ChristianCafe.com was ranked in the top position, once again. In the past 4 years, we have been ranked #3, #2, and #1 (twice).
According to Statista, this was an “independent survey of more than 25,000 U.S. customers who have either made purchases, used services or gathered information about products or services in the past three years. Customers evaluated several brands. In total 160,000 evaluations were collected.”
From those evaluations, ChristianCafe.com was in #1 in the Online Dating Sites category. There are literally 100’s of dating sites online today, so we’re especially proud to be #1 (again!).
